The sermon from our worship service on November 28, 2021, the first week of our yearly observance of Advent. We welcomed guest preacher Aaron Raines, Ruling Elder and ministry intern at Christ Church Bentonville (PCA) in Bentonville, AR.

In this week's service, as we do the first Sunday of every month, we observed the sacrament of the Lord's Supper. So, Pastor John took a break from 1 Thessalonians and preached from Genesis 45:1-9, "God's Sovereign Purpose." The hymns for this week were "Behold Our God," Psalm 100, "O Sacred Head, Now Wounded," "Come, For the Feast Is Spread," and our traditional post-communion "Benediction." In addition, this week's offertory was sung by our Director of Music, Brandon Bolin, and member Susan Haines.
