This week's service featured Dr. John Clayton's sermon, "Faith Comes from Hearing" from Matthew 13:1-9, 18-23, part of our sermon series The Gospel of Matthew: Kingdom Come. In addition, we welcomed mezzo-soprano Esther Atkinson, who sang this week's offertory, "How Deep the Father's Love for Us."

This week's service featured Dr. John Clayton's sermon, "The Blessing of Authority," from Exodus 20:12, part of our Lord's Supper Sunday walk through the book of Exodus. The hymns for this week were "You Holy Angels Bright (Psalm 148)," "Every Promise of Your Word," "The Apostles' Creed," and "Amidst Us Our Beloved Stands." Being the first Sunday of the month, we also observed the sacrament of the Lord's Supper as a church.
