This week's service featured Dr. John Clayton's sermon, "Blessed and Holy Is the Day," from Exodus 20:8-11, part of of Lord's Supper Sunday series through the book of Exodus. The hymns for this week were "Praise to the Lord, the Almighty," "Psalm 92," "The Apostles' Creed," and "At the Lamb's High Feast We Sing."

This week's service included our observing the sacrament of the Lord's Supper, and so it featured Dr. John Clayton's sermon, "Worship According to God," from Exodus 20:1-6. The hymns for this week were "Rejoice, the Lord Is King," "Psalm 115," "The Apostles' Creed," and "Be Thou My Vision."

This week's service featured Dr. John Clayton's sermon, "Holy Mediation," from Exodus 19:7-13, 16-20, as part of preparation for the church observing the sacrament of the Lord's Supper. The hymns for this week were "Psalm 97 (verses 1-7, 10-12," Holy, Holy, Holy!," "The Apostles' Creed," and "Amidst Us Our Beloved Stands." In addition, the choir's offertory this week featured violinist Isabella Cortes.

We began 2019 by observing the sacrament of the Lord's Supper together as a church. Dr. John Clayton took his usual break from our Matthew sermon series this week to continue his Lord's Supper preaching through the book of Exodus, this time from Exodus 18:13-27, a sermon entitled, "Between God and Man." The hymns for this week were "All Hail the Power of Jesus' Name!," "Our God, Our Help in Ages Past, "The Apostles' Creed," and "Before the Throne of God Above."
